It's funny how a post made by a guy interesting in switching over to the PS3 gets bombarded with 360 owners saying it sucks. :bike:

Opinions are like assholes, they all stink. Look at the first couple posts in this thread. All constructive until you get to pirgo's that is really nothing more than trolling.

I never said the PS3 suck, I didn't say the PSN suck. I like the PS3, but PSN is just boring to me and is no where on the same level as XBL because its FREE. I'll "GTFO" out now.

The 360 has a shitload of problems (it will scratch your discs, like my need for speed) so you end up paying $60 dollars for a game you won't play much. But if you have your xBox already, I wouldn't think you should change it, specially if you are on a college budget, unless you decide that gaming is more important, I would stay with the 360 until a cheaper PS3 comes out (thats what I'm doing) and then trading the 360.
My thoughts are very similar. If I could rewind time I would've waited a long time before buying my 360. I would've bought a lot more games/accessories for the PS3 than I have. But the 360 came out first and I just had to have the new shit. I think that's how a lot of people think about it. And just like any console generation, whatever you own you're going to tour it like it'sd the best thing since sliced bread. Unlike me, most people can only afford one console, so they buy the first one (in this case, most likeley the 360) and they are going to stand by it through thick and thin, aka "fanboyism", event hough it's a piece of shit.

yup, right now I agree, however I have yet to play a PS3 of my own. I bought a 360 for Madden 08. Epic fail on my part.

Oh and the blueray would get plenty of use with my weekly watching of TDK/BB.

Yeah, personally I think that anyone who only owns one console wouldn't have the right to chime in. Of course they will favor their console of choice.

Like I've said many times, I'm really glad I have all three because I can play any game I want. With that said if I could only keep one console it would definitely be the PS3.

To kinda get back on track I would think you would be able to make more money selling the games individually and then sell the system with the controllers on your own.

Staying away from gamestop would be a good start too.

              Leafs offseason training!

Ps3 is sweet you won't regret it. Its online is still great it just lacks a couple features that 360 has. Its not as bad as Pirgo is suggesting it is. I dont have a 360 but i play my friends alot and i Personally dont see much difference expect for a couple features. Maybe because i play online for the gameplay and not for the features.

Ps3 has pretty good exclusives (i like 360's better) like mgs4 (still a great game), mlb 09 the show, unchartered, MAG in 2010, ect. Yeah its a good system. I bought it because it because i knew it would be cheaper in the long run than 360 and its worked just fine.

That's funny that u brought up HOME.....I logged into HOME for the first time in about 2 months yesterday and to see how big ti is now is amazing. People always talk about the social side of XBOX and now it is integrating with these social networks. People fail to realize that Sony created its own social network with HOME. I remember the Closed Beta of Home and how small it was. Now it is massive and they just finished their own Alternate Reality Game in Xi. In time HOME will surface into what people saw at E3 all those years ago that got them excited for HOME in the 1st place
