Good Recruiting Teams

I haven't picked up my copy of NCAA 2010 yet, and I'm wondering what teams always seem to recruit well? Last year ('09) it was teams like Notre Dame, Michigan, Washington and North Texas that were average teams that were powerhouses by 2020 because they consistently brought in good classes. I'm wondering what the teams are that do that in 2010.
Also, how are my beloved WSU Cougars in 2010? Has anyone done any dynastys with them?

I do dynasties with wazzu and there about a C overall I think after the new rosters (3 star team). You can expect to have anywhere from 5-10 4stars interested and up to 3 5stars interested at the current prestige. The new unis are in the game and for alternates they have both silver helmets and the crimson one we use now. We have 2 jerseys and all 3 pants and you can mix and match any of them.
