15 minute quarters with 25 sec accelerated clock

What are the lengths of your games?
I am going to be using those setting above because they seem the most realistic and the game wont take longer then an hour to complete.

What about the people that have the game already?
Has anyone had any realistic results so far?

i'm curious about this too. I want to have the most realistic stats but I dont want my games to take over an hour to play.

The bad part about it is , it advance the game clock too. So if a play is over with 10 sec left before the 2 min warning, you can't huddle call a play and run it before the 2min warning. It ticks down to the 2min warning.

            So go no huddle?

In real life a team would have to go no huddle if they only had 10 seconds...

12 minutes with the 20 run off sounds good. About how long does the game take to play in that setting? 50-70 minutes?

Good thread I was wondering about this as well. How are the 5 min games without the Acc clock? The same as last year I guess? What about 10 mins with a 15 acc. clock.

I'm assuming you messed up the seconds, wouldnt it make more sense with 15 at 12 and 20 at 14?
How long do the games generally take? and are the stats realistic?

I was thinking of doing 15 with 25

The 4 things I was thinking were:

15 min quarters, 25 sec accel clock
                    13 min, 20 sec
                    10 min, 15 sec
                    7 min, no accel

                      7 min, no accel
Yeah I was thinking the same combinations, maybe try 8 minutes with no run off. might try 10 with 15 though. I just dont want to be playing for over an hour.

The online settings as they are right now need to be changed. I think they are 5 minute with 15 accelerated clock. If you are down by 2 posessions at the start of the 4th quarter it is very hard to come back and win. It is not hard to milk the clock for a whole quarter.

Thats exactly what I'm thinking, I know last years games that were 5 mins were around 50 minutes for me but someone on OS said 12 mins with 10 sec runoff was almost 2 hours so fuck that if true
