I think he should be a slight upgrade over VY. Mike Vick was second to last in the league in completion pct the last year he played. The only player worse was Vince Young. Vick was a 94 speed in 08 when VY was a 90. Now VY is 85 speed with the new speed rankings so i think an out of football Vick should be a tick above VY at 87 or 88. Josh Johnson was a 88 speed last year for TB and now hes an 81,speed is dialed waaaaaay down now.

I KNOW THEY ARE DIFFERENT PLAYERS, but VY is his closest contemporary in the NFL.

no way he should be 75 OVR there are starting qbs on this game that arent rated that highly, Vick wont be a fulltime starter for anyone.
