Brett Favre Throws 7 TOTAL INT's (6 In 1st Half) In Loss To Detroit

      Box Score
      - 0 - 24 - 3 - 3 - 30
      - 14 - 0 - 7 - 7 - 28

Week 2 of the Golden Turducken inagural season as Coach GangstaE's Minnesota Vikings (1-0) would travel up to Detroit to face Coach Kleinbauer's Lions (1-0) in an early NFC North matchup that could prove to be big this early in the season.

Detroit would win the toss and elect to kickoff to start the game off. Coach Kleinbauer made it clear earlier this week after practice that his Lions defense would be prepared to stop Adrian Peterson & Chester Taylor as it was key to the Lions success this game. This would be the first game between the two coaches.

Unfortunately for Detroit's defense, they would get absolutely thrashed on the first drive as AP would not only run on them for a good amount of yards, Favre would fake to Chester Taylor beautifully to find a wide open Bernard Berrian burn his defender (Phillip Buchanon) for a 41 yard touchdown! 7-0 Vikes. Detroit's offense would stall on the following drive after getting one 1st down.

The Lions defense would rebound back with a quick 3 and out as the Vikings tried to run on 3 straight plays, but fell short 2 yards, forcing them to punt. What a punt it would be as they would get a fantastic bounce as the ball rolled out of bounds at Lions own 1 yard line! On a FB dive on the first play, FB Terrelle Smith would gain 3 yards, but be carried off the field which would later be called a partial groin tear as he'd obviously be out the rest of the game and another week. The Lions would punt as Percy Harvin would return it all the way to Detroit's 6 yard line! 2 plays later, Chester Taylor would run a counter into the endzone for a touchdown. 14-0 Vikings at the end of the 1st quarter.

1st play of the next drive, Matthew Stafford would take a chance going deep, but overthrow his man for an interception. The following play, Brett Favre would throw a pick right back to CB Anthony Henry to give the Lions another shot on the Vikes 42 yard line. And boy would they take it as on the 1st play of THIS drive, HB Kevin Smith would follow his blocks and run 42 yards untouched to paydirt! 14-7 Minnesota.

2 plays later on the Vikings next drive, Brett Favre would throw a quick slant route, but this time Phillip Buchanon would get payback picking it off, turning up field and taking it 47 yards for a touchdown that would tie this game all up! Talk about a crazy game so far! 14-14.

...you have to be kidding me...first play of Minnesota's next drive, Brett Favre would throw ANOTHER interception! This time to LB Julian Peterson who would have no one in front of him as he scampered for 35 yards for a touchdown! Brett Favre has been Detroit's leading scorer so far. 21-14 Lions.

Minnesota would start their next drive from the 26 yard line. Favre would hand it off to AP for a loss of 2 yards on the 1st play. Next play...Favre would do it again...his 4th pick of the game! This time to FS Daniel Bullocks who read the play all the way! Giving Detroit the ball at the Vikes 31 yard line. Luckily for Minnesota, the Lions wouldn't be able to convert a 1st down resulting in just a 43 yard field goal by Jason Hanson. 24-14 Detroit.

Favre would lead his offense back onto the field at Minnesota's own 29 yard line. After completing a quick flats pass to AP out of the backfield for 2 yards, Favre would go deep...picked off again by Daniel Bullocks...and you would have to think that Coach GangstaE is pulling his hair right now with such a horrendous showing so far by #4...and it's still the first half! On a 4th and inches at midfield, Detroit would decide to punt as one would think the way this game has gone, they'd take their chances with Brett Favre throwing the way he is at the moment.

With under 2 minutes remaining in the half though, Favre would move his offense into Lions territory. 3rd and 13 from the Lions 46 yard line with 2 timeouts remaining. Favre would drop back...and throw another interception...his 6th now.

Stafford and co would start on their own 43 yard line with all their timeouts remaining. They would quickly get to the Vikes 42 yard line using a timeout with 28 seconds left. Then Stafford would throw his 2nd interception to E.J. Henderson...a pass he immediately knew he should have taken back. Both teams would head into what has been a crazy half, 24-14 Detroit.

Detroit would start the half off with the ball as Matthew Stafford hopes to have a better second half. He would move his team to midfield once more, and once more the Lions would punt on 4th and inches.

So now, Brett Favre would start from his own 14 having thrown 6 picks to this point already. Minnesota would try to re-establish it's running game, but even AP couldn't get them positive yardage anymore. And on 3rd and 9...Brett Favre would throw his SEVENTH pick, again to Ernie Sims this time as the Lions just continued to terrorize Favre. Luckily for Minnesota, their defense was holding Stafford in check as the Lions would fail to convert another 3rd and short, kicking a 27 yard field goal. 27-14 Detroit.

Coach GangstaE had seen enough of Brett as backup QB Sage Rosenfels...who almost threw a pick on his very first play in. Minnesota would punt as Detroit would receive the ball at their own 40. The Lions would suffer another major injury as their rookie WR/PR Derrick Williams would suffer broken ribs which would sideline him for up to 2 weeks. Stafford would then throw a pick six to Antoine Winfield on the next drive as the interceptions would just be ridiculous in this game. Coach Kleinbauer had seen enough as he yanked his starter after 3 picks, putting in the veteran Daunte Culpepper. 27-21 Lions.

What is this though, at the start of the 4th quarter, Favre would come out with the Vikes offense after apparently only sitting out for 1 drive. It would work to as within 3 plays, Favre would throw a 40 yard touchdown pass to Bernard Berrian once again...as Detroit faces a similar situation to which they did last week, down by 1 in the 4th quarter. 28-27 Vikings.

Detroit would get to their 48 yard line before trying a fake punt pass on 4th and 3 that would fail. So with a little under 5 minutes remaining in the game, Minnesota would try to run the clock out, but AP would continually be stopped for a loss, 3 yards this time. Along with Chester Taylor, 2 more yards lost. 3rd and 15 as Percy Harvin would drop a pass forcing Minnesota to punt the ball once more.

Loe and behold, if Brett Favre can do it, so can Matthew Stafford as he would check back into the game with about 3:34 remaining, starting from the Lions own 4 yard line with all 3 timeouts left. This would essentially be Detroit's last drive. On 4th and 1 at their own 13...Detroit would come out going for it, but they would let the time tick down to the 2 minute warning before coming out once again, this time in shotgun on 4th and 1. Ball game right here folks. A high pass to Bryant Johnson as he would...come down with the catch! 1st down! Clock would certainly be a factor now. Two incompletions led to a 3rd and 10. A quick pass to Aaron Brown for a 1st down. Taking a timeout with 54 seconds left on 2nd and 13 at their 27, Matthew Stafford would come out in Shotgun, fire a shot to an open Clavin Johnson who would drop it off a big hit! 3rd and 13 now. Stafford steps back in the pocket, dumps it off to Calvin again, this time he holds on. 1st down. Another timeout. At their 46 now with 34 seconds and a timeout left. Matthew Stafford would drop back once more and fire a deep pass to Marvin Harrison who would....HOLD ON TO IT! He would get crushed, but hold on to it. At the Vikings 23 now well within range for Jason Hanson! The Vikings would use all 3 of their timeouts, but the Lions would still kick the game winning field goal as time expires to win the game! 30-28 Detroit as they escape away with another close victory at the end!

        Clash Of The Streaks

        Box Score
        - 3 - 6 - 6 - 10 - 25
        - 7 - 3 - 7 - 7 - 24

The matchup would be Coach OOBL's Oakland Raiders who are currently on a 10 game win streak. Coach krul's Detroit Lions aren't any slouches either though as they are currently riding a 6 game winning streak.

Coach OOBL would win the coin toss and elect to kick the ball off so they'd receive at halftime. Right on the opening kickoff their would be excitement as Phillip Buchanon would fumble and a fight for the fumble insued. Oakland would come out of the pile with the football. However, Coach krul thought Buchanon's knee was down and threw out the red challenge flag. After further review, Coach krul was correct as Buchanon's knee was clearly on the ground. Play is reversed, Detroit Lion football.

Matthew Stafford would be on his game so far as he would move his Lions offense methodically down the football field with consistently good passes. 3 minutes later, the Lions would be stopped on the goal line forcing Jason Hanson to kick a 20 yard field goal. 3-0 Lions.

Jeff Garcia would come out with his offense from their own 31 yard line. On 3rd and 8, Jeff Garcia would throw a nice deep pass to HB Justin Fargas for a 67 yard touchdown. 7-3 Oakland.

Detroit's offense would start their next drive from their own 25 and on the 1st play Stafford would dump off a little screen pass to HB Kevin Smith who would gain 18 yards on the play. Again after moving down the field, the Lions would be stopped and forced to kick a 48 yard field goal this time. 7-6 Raiders.

The Lions defense would step up quickly this time, forcing a 3 and out and getting the ball back at their own 23 yard line with a little over 2 minutes remaining in the half. However they couldn't capitalize as they were held to a quick 3 and out as well.

Starting from their 29 yard line with 1:49 left, and on the first pass Garcia would throw into double coverage as MLB Larry Foote would tip it up in the air as CB William James would pick it off at the Raiders 45 yard line. On 3rd and 14 from the 31, Stafford would throw a a high ball that would luckily only be swatted down as Hanson booted through another field goal, this one from 48 yards as well. 9-7 Detroit. They would leave 27 seconds on the clock, and wouldn't you know it, Sebastion Janikowski would boot a 61 yard field goal as time expired! 10-9 Oakland.

Starting from their own 32, Darren McFadden would rush 8 yards before getting up slow after, holding his jaw. As the prognostic wasn't good, Darren McFadden suffered a broken jaw, as he would obviously be out for the rest of the game. Justin Fargas would come in to replace McFadden. A couple of plays later, Darrius Heyward-Bey would catch a ball over the middle and run 65 yards untouched for a touchdown as krul's defense has just been out of sync since this switch to slow speed. 17-9 Oakland.

Stafford and co would start from their 23 yard line. 3rd and 11 from the 37, Stafford would get hit as he threw forcing an incompletion and another punt by the Lions offense. Next drive for Oakland though, Garcia would throw up a pass to Zach Miller on 3rd and 8, the ball would deflect off of Zach's hands into the arms of Phillip Buchanon who would turn up field and down the sidelines to score the touchdown! Detroit wouldn't convert to 2 point conversion though. 17-15 Raiders.

The Lions defense would continue that momentum next drive forcing Oakland to a quick 3 and out, giving the Lions offense back the ball at their 26 heading into the 4th quarter. Stafford would make a mistake shortly though throwing a pick to Nnamdi Asomugha giving the ball right back to Oakland in which they would score on the 1st play, a 40 yard touchdown to Zach Miller. 24-15 Raiders.

With 5:41 the Lions would start at their 20 having to score quickly. Shortly it would be 4th and 10 as the game was essentially on the line as Stafford would fire a throw to Derrick Williams for 30 yards. 3rd and 16....Stafford would throw another bullet to Aveion Cason as he would get 27 yards! Now on the 16 yard line, Stafford would throw another quick pass to Keary Colbert for a touchdown with 2:27 remaining. Down by 2, 24-22 Oakland.

Detroit would elect to kickoff deep and pray their defense could come up with a stop. Starting from their 20 with 2:20 left. A 3 yard rush by Justin Fargas would take the game to the two minute warning as Detroit only had 2 timeouts remaining. A loss of 2 yards by Fargas on a toss the next play would set the Lions defense up in a 3rd and 9 situation. Jeff Garcia would go deep and throw the ball way too hard out of bounds. Raiders would punt.

Stafford would start from his 42 with 1 timeout left needing just a field goal. On 4th and 8, time ticking down, Stafford would get nailed throwing it as it would fall into the hands of Maurice Morris who barely got past the first down marker to keep the drive alive! 2nd and 15 with 23 seconds left, on their own 48 yard line, Stafford would throw a beautiful 31 yard pass to Keary Colbert who would get tackled at the 29 yard line! The Raiders would use up their 2 timeouts on the next 2 plays. Lions would run the ball again, and with 4 seconds take a timeout as Jason Hanson lined up to kick the game winning 46 yard field goal as time expired! Talk about clutch, Jason Hanson is automatic! 25-24 Detroit! Coach krul extends his winning streak to 7 as Coach OOBL's streak would end at 10 games!

When asked about his thoughts after the game, Coach OOBL said, "Im gunna throw up".

        Great Game OOBL!

I really am going to throw up haha, great write up Krul. That flats pass you attempted that Thomas Howard dropped was an easy pick 6, game changer, and I couldnt catch the dam ball on the interceptions, then whiffed with chris johnson on a user pick with this slow speed crap on that duck you threw with like 5 raiders around it McFadden getting hurt was huge too, he only average 3.2 a carry, but hes a game changer and Fargas stunk it up lol

RuhRor?! Lions Get Blanked By Raiders

            Box Score
            - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0
            - 14 - 10 - 3 - 3 - 30

So it was Coach krul's Detroit Lions and a fellow unkown member at VSN Aso21Raiders who is currently 1-0 with his Oakland Raiders In Oakland.

Well, the game wouldn't start off to well for Coach krul's Detroit Lions who are currently on a 7 game win streak. The Raiders would run the opening kickoff back for a touchdown! 7-0 Raiders.

All of the possessions in the 1st quarter were all stopped and forced to punt as Oakland basically dominated the Lions D for a nice touchdown drive putting the Raiders up 14-0 early.

At the start of the 2nd quarter the Lions offense would finally start clicking as Stafford continually moved his offense down the field to the 25 yard line and the Raiders defense would pick the ball off a hit throw and run it all the way down the field for 69 yards...touchdown! 21-0 Oakland. Next drive, Stafford would throw another pick after a long drive would give Oakland the ball. Then right before halftime, the Lions would give up a field goal. 24-0 Raiders at halftime.

After Coach krul would take a quick few minutes to recollect himself at half after sending his Lions offense back onto the field looking to put points on the board. But on a 4th and 1, the Lions would run a FB Dive...we think as before Stafford could even hand it off to Terrelle Smith he would get sacked. Turnover on downs. Raiders ball.

Skipping ahead to the end of the game as the Lions would get completely shutted out even having 3-4 times to kick the field goal. Coach krul would comment on why he didn't at least get some points on the board, "That doesn't matter. It doesn't. I don't care if the scores 64-0 or 30-0. As a former coach said, Herm Edwards, "You play to win the game." and those words I go by. Many props to Coach Aso21Raiders, they kicked our ass."

So the final score is 30-0 Oakland! The streak ends at 7 for Coach krul's Detroit Lions.

Yea, turnovers deep in my own territory killed me man. 1 Touchdown on offense by McFadden, a KR at the beginning of the game for a TD, then a field goal before half. Followed with two more field goals before the game was over.

The game kinda got out of hand early and im not one to run up the score by passing.

Coach krul's Lions Rebound With 21-6 Win Over Coach Buddha's Packers

                    Box Score
                    - 14 - 7 - 0 - 0 - 21
                    - 0 - 6 - 0 - 0 - 6

After Coach krul's Detroit Lions would take a 30-0 beatdown by Coach Aso21Raiders Oakland Raiders last night, the Lions would head back home to Ford Field to play Coach Buddha's Green Bay Packers. Coach krul & Coach Buddha have been good friends for awhile now, but neither has ever played each other until today.

The Packers would win the coin toss and elect to kick the ball off. On the very first play of the Lions drive, HB Kevin Smith would break 2 tackles before running up field to paydirt! Detroit already scored more points in 20 seconds than they did 60 mins last game. 7-0 Detroit.

Green Bay's offense would fair much better their first drive, as they quickly went 3 and out. However, Detroit would do the same their next drive as well. After converting their first 1st down of the game, Aaron Rodgers would throw an interception to FS Daniel Bullocks giving the Lions offense the ball back on the Packers 43 yard line. Stafford would make the same mistake though, throwing a pick right back to rookie LB Clay Matthews.

Starting from their own 7 yard line after a nice punt by Green Bay. Stafford would rebound from his previous pick quickly getting the Lions all the way to Green Bay's 19 yard line off a Calvin Johnson 57 yard screen, to which Kevin Smith would pound it in 19 yards for another touchdown. 14-0 Lions at end of the 1st quarter.

Aaron Rodgers would move his team down to around midfield before throwing another pick, this time to CB William James who would run it all the way back for a touchdown, 21-0 Lions as you have to wonder if this is Coach krul's anger being taken out on Coach Buddha's Packers.

The Packers offense would finally get something going as they got up to the Lions 29 yard line before the Lions defense would stop them 2 yards short of a first down. Green Bay would kick a field goal tacking on their first points of the game before the 2 minute warning. 21-3 Lions.

Green Bay would move all the way down to the Lions 6 yard line before having to kick a field goal as time expires for halftime. 21-6 Detroit.

The score would remain the same the rest of the game as Detroit would just run the ball mostly to keep the clock running. Kevin Smith finished the game with a season high 133 yds on 11 attempts....12.0 AVG with 2 TD's. Detroit's defense continually stopped Green Bay's offense. Detroit would win 21-6.

                    Good Game Buddha.

                      Revenge Is Sweet

                      Box Score
                      - 7 - 7 - 0 - 0 - 14
                      - 3 - 7 - 0 - 0 - 10

So here it is. Coach krul's one opportunity to get revenge on Coach Aso21Raiders after getting stomped 30-0 ending a 7 game win streak. This time the game would take place at Ford Field as Coach krul's Detroit Lions are currently 7-1 at home this season. Put up or shutup time for Coach krul.

The Raiders would win the toss and elect to receive as Coach Aso looks to continue where he left off from last game. Starting from their 28 yard line, Jeff Garcia & Darren McFadden would trot onto the field. Coach krul said during pre-game, "If we stop the run, we will win this game today. Period.". Well, after letting up a 1st down on the first two plays of the drive to McFadden, Detroit's defense would clamp up and force them to punt. Detroit on their own 7 yard line would gain a first down before Stafford would misread the coverage and throw a pick giving the Raiders the ball back on the Lions 20 yard line.

The Raiders came out running of their first 2 downs for a total of 3 yards, forcing them in a 3rd and 7 situation in which they would run the ball once more for no gain. Janikowski would kick a 34 yard field goal for the first points of the game. 3-0 Raiders.

Stafford and his offense would step back onto the field next drive and this time Stafford would get his act together, methodically moving the ball down the field to his receivers and half backs as he would get them down to the Raiders 19 in less than 45 seconds. On 3rd and 18, Stafford would step up into the pocket facing a blitz, and throw a 25 yard touchdown strike to Dennis Northcutt as the Lions would not only score their first points against Coach Aso's Raiders, but the lead early in the 2nd quarter. 7-3 Lions.

Oakland would start their next drive on their own 45 as Justin Miller had a very nice kickoff return. On 3rd and 7 from the Lions 45 though, Garcia would throw an interception to rookie SS Louis Delmas giving Detroit the ball back on their 29 yard line. 2 plays later, Detroit would find themselves in Raiders territory on their 37 as Stafford was just on fire since that first interception. Couple of plays later, hello endzone as Stafford recognized another CB blitz to find a wide open Dennis Northcutt once more, this time for 19 yards. 14-3 Detroit with under 2 minutes remaining in the half.

Jeff Garcia would try and move his team down the field before halftime to try and score some points. He would get them to midfield with about a minute remaining and 2 timeouts left. 2nd and 10 on the Lions 40 with 27 seconds as somehow Garcia would throw a nice pass down the field to his WR, who would break a tackle, tightrope the sidelines and go in for the touchdown. 14-10 Lions heading into halftime.

Detroit would start the second half with the ball looking to get their two possession lead back. Stafford would come onto the field at his 22. Oakland's defense would force a quick 3 and out though as their offense would get the ball at their 38. Detroit's defense would do the same exact same as the ball went right back to their offense after a Raiders punt. Facing a 4th and inches on their 27, Detroit would elect to punt once again. Which defense would crack first? Not Detroit's as they would force another 3 and out. The entire 3rd quarter would consist of punts for both squads.

Finally early in the 4th quarter, Oakland would be in Detroit's territory at their 33 yard line on a 3rd and 9. Garcia would drop back and throw a bullet to Johnnie Lee Higgins for 19 yards to get Oakland to Detroit's 15 now. 3rd and 14 now as Garcia would have to throw once more as Anthony Henry would come up with a HUGE INT at the 2 yard line getting tackled there. Stafford would throw a quick flats pass to Kevin Smith for a 4 yard gain giving the Lions offense some more breathing room. Detroit would milk the clock on this drive, all the way down to the 2 minute warning. With 1 timeout remaining for Oakland, on 3rd and 10, the ballgame was on the line. If the Lions can get the 1st down, the game is over. It would be swatted down though to force 4th down.

From their 30 yard, 1 timeout, and 1:51 left in the game, Garcia would try and move his team down 70 yards to win the game. Garcia would get them to Detroit's 36 before using their final timeout with 1:03 left. Garcia would get them down to the 8 yard line before time would expire before he could get another snap off. Detroit would win by the final score of 14-10 giving Coach Aso his first loss.

Before Coach krul would head off the field to the lockerroom, with a stern look on his face showing no emotions at the moment, he was asked how it felt to beat the team that demolished Detroit just a night ago. Coach simply said, "I said before the game if we stopped the run, we'd win this ballgame. We stopped the run. You do the math."

                      Good Game Aso.

Coach krul's Detroit Lions are back to their winning ways as they would head down to the Georgia Dome to face Coach Hasselbeck's Atlanta Falcons. This will be the 3rd time Coach krul & Coach Hasselbeck will be facing off (1st time documented) as Detroit beat Seattle twice a couple of weeks back.

Atlanta would win the toss and elect to receive the ball as Coach Hasselbeck looks to set the tone early. That wouldn't happen however as the Lions defense played tight forcing Atlanta to punt after a 3 and out to start the game off. Stafford would quickly get to work, moving his team down the field, converting on 2 3rd and longs before throwing a pick in Falcons territory.

Stafford would rebound with a nice long 93 yard drive down the field wasting plenty of clock as Kevin Smith would pound it in with a Jim Brown esq kind of run, running through 3 defenders for the touchdown! 7-0 Lions...before Matt Ryan would throw one pass for 71 yards to Roddy White for a touchdown to tie it right back up, 7-7. First pass of the Lions next possession, Stafford would throw a quick slant to Northcutt who would drop it off a big hit as it would be picked off and ran in for another touchdown. 14-7 Falcons at halftime.

Stafford would throw another pick first play of the drive coming out of halftime to give the Falcons the ball right back on the Lions 25 as things have just gone completely disastrous for Detroit in the past 2 minutes! Luckily, Detroit's defense was still playing well as they forced the Falcons to kick a field goal. 17-7 Atlanta.

What a crazy game...first play of the Lions next drive, a HB Stretch play to Kevin Smith who would follow his blocks, break one tackle and run down the field 76 yards for a touchdown! 17-14 Falcons.

Matt Ryan would go down the field on 13 plays for 4 minutes before having to kick another field goal to make the score 20-14 Atlanta with under a minute left in the 3rd quarter. Stafford would start again on his 34 yard line, before getting hit from behind as he would have to leave the game with Back Spasms, but he would return later on in the drive as Culpepper would back him up in the meantime just fine getting Detroit to the Falcons 8 yard line before Culpepper would throw a nice fade to the corner of the endzone as Calvin came down with it for the touchdown, although getting a Herniated Disk that would take him out the rest of the game! 21-20 Lions.

Now Matt Ryan would take his offense out onto the field at their own 24 with plenty of time left in the game to move down in scoring range. He would get them to midfield before taking a chance and throwing a deep bomb to Jenkins, as Daniel Bullocks would snag it out of the air and run it back 89 yards for the touchdown as the Lions were now up by 8 points with 2:26 left in the game! 28-20 Lions. Buuut it wasn't over yet as Jerious Norwood would run it all the way back on the following kickoff! Even worse, Matt Ryan would get decked on the 2 point conversion attempt, but somehow his pass would fall into the hands of his WR for the 2 points! Tie ballgame with 2:08 remaining!

Stafford would return to the game taking the field on his 23 yard line without Calvin Johnson. 2 plays later, the Lions would be on their own 42 yard line with 1:54 remaining and all 3 timeouts. With 59 seconds, the Lions would already be well in Jason Hanson's range at the Falcons 31 yard line as they try to milk the clock now. Then they would hit a playaction pass to the rookie TE Brandon Pettigrew to put them at the 14 yard line. With 3 seconds left on the Falcons 11 yard line, Hanson would kick a 28 yard field goal as time expired to seal the deal for Detroit. 31-28 Lions!

                        Great Game as usual Hasselbeck.

Baltimore's Defense Swarms Delhomme, Who Throws 5 INT's

                              Box Score
                              - 7 - 10 - 14 - 10 - 41
                              - 0 - 0 - 7 - 0 - 7

So today would be a different kind of game, as Coach krul wouldn't be coaching his Detroit Lions today. Nope, Coach krul is coaching the Baltimore Ravens in Maryland against Coach Boody's Carolina Panthers. Should be an interesting game.

The Panthers win would the toss and elect to receive. Starting from their 26, the Panthers were sacked on 2nd down making it a long 3rd down, but Carolina would convert it on a pass to Jarrett. On the next play though, Samari Rolle would pickoff Delhomme after tipping a pass up to himself as he snagged it and ran it 44 yards untouched for a touchdown! 7-0 Baltimore.

Delhomme would bounce back though on the next drive driving his team down the field until he got sacked for a 3rd and 20 that ultimately would force them to punt. Finally with a bout a minute left in the 1st quarter Baltimore's offense would come on the field. They would look nice to as Willis McGahee made a couple of nice runs until Flacco threw a nice pass before getting hit. But then Flacco would make a bad pass after being chased giving Carolina the ball back at their 34. Baltimore's defense would force a quick 3 and out though.

On 3rd and 22 Joe Flacco and Ron Rice would keep the drive going on a long pass that would put them at the Panthers 34 yard line. He would do another 3rd and 14 for a 1st down, ball on the 22 now. But finally the Panthers defense would force them to a field goal right after the 2 minute warning. 10-0 Ravens.

Carolina would drive deep into Ravens territory before the half before Delhomme would make a bad decision once again, and once again Samari Rolle would come up with the pick six untouched...again. 17-0 Baltimore at halftime.

The Ravens would get the ball to start the half as Joe Flacco led his Ravens down the field until throwing a BEAUTIFUL pass (vid below) on a TE Fade to Todd Heap for 47 yards. Touchdown Ravens. 24-0.

First play of Carolina's next pass...Delhomme would throw it to Samari Rolle for his 3rd catch...I mean interception of the day. Give his Baltimore offense the ball on Carolina's own 19 yard line. Then on 3rd and 3 from the 12, Flacco would throw a pick at the one where the defender would be tackled. Delhomme on his 1 would try to pass it all 3 downs and fail on every pass. Carolina would punt on 4th and 1, but Baltimore would block it and Ed Reed would recover it in the endzone for a touchdown! 31-0 Ravens.

Flacco would throw a bad pass on the next drive giving the ball back to Carolina on the Ravens 19 yard line. First play of the drive, Jake Delhomme would throw to a wide open Jarret for a touchdown. Carolina's on the board heading into the 4th, 31-7 Baltimore.

Flacco would come right back with a 77 yard touchdown pass to Ron Rice who followed his blocks. 38-7 Baltimore. Next drive, Delhomme would throw another pick, this time to Ed Reed who would take it to the Panthers 24 yard line with 4:30 left in the game. Baltimore would just run the ball all 3 downs before kicking a field goal with 2:50 left on the clock. 41-7 Ravens. One last pick by Delhomme, his 5th of the game, as the Ravens would just kneel the game out. Coach krul's Baltimore Ravens (that sounds weird) would defeat Coach boody's Carolina Panthers 41-7.
