I bought it, its to early to tell if it made a diffrence but I got my ass handed to me the first game before I looked at it, then won the next two after taking it to practice so maybe, if you buy it with the game they take 10% off and if you are an edge member (gamestop) they take another 10% so I think it was only like 15 bucks... dspyder does great write-ups too though...

            Flat answer? No.

Anything pertaining to team info and whatnot will be null and void if you decide to download roster updates throughout the season.

Beyond that, you could just as easily learn whatever's in the book from fellow members like the previously mentioned DSpyder and others online.

all thats true only thing I found of any use in here was the couple of substitutions they had listed and i was already doing them so its a waste of $ when you can just check out dspyder

                  Buying strategy guides is dumb.

Spydr's Sim Guide is better than any Guide you'll find.

well maybe its just me but I have managed to find some useful things in the guide that I never picked up from reading online guides, sure the info was probably out there somewhere or I could have (and believe me i tried) just played till i figured it out. So yea three fourths of the guide is worthless but there are a few little things in there that have helped me out and whats 15 bucks...

But for the most part you could guess. Plus, all of Tony Romo's stats should drop in weeks 10 - 16. Just like real life.
