Portis speed is a 91 anyway. Unless it went down bc of roster updates. But a 91 is perfect, we would be blessed if he had a 93spd. I watched every game and Portis did not break any long runs, IDT over 30yrds. It's not because he's slow or old. I think it's the offense and the wear & tear he takes, not to mention teams don't respect the Skins passing game.
