Have u guys noticed that the defensive player of the week is usually really low stats.. like 4 tackles 1 int.. but i had a game where a guy had 6 tackles 2 ints and 2 tds... just something i have noticed lately and its bothering me

it was a close game i beleive i won by a td.. it is a problem i know it is... it needs addressed. because 3 tackles and 1 FF is nothing like 5 tackles , sack , 2 int and 2 tds regardless of the score -
jevon kearse had 6 sacks in a game, and lost POTW to michael huff who had 4tkls and an INT

I just realized Macken is the Titans in his chise , that explains why . Nobody ever wants to give a damn Titan anything

I think i know what your talking about,
Bobby Carpenter was named Player of the Week, not game, but week for a 1 INT 1 TD game in a blow out where his INT and TD didnt even matter.
He had no sacks, no tackles, no half sack, no half tackles, thats all he did and was named NFL defensive player of the week.
