Online game speed has been turned to slow today, once u play some games leave some impressions on the game speed and whether you prefer slow online speed, or normal which is what it usually is.

It's just noticebly slugghish , pursuit sucks , everybody is 90000000000000000000000x slower than the speed backs now . Overall you just feel like the whole game is slow and boring and want to just speed it the hell up . Offense seems easy because it appears like the dline is getting there much slower thus giving you all day to throw even v blitzes
Maybe its just me but we are in the 2nd qtr now and I already feel bored of the gameComment

Just finished an online game with slow speed on.
Pros: Made running and passing the ball much easier. MJD and Torry Holt dominated the defense.
Cons: Made running and passing the ball TOO easy. There is no sense of urgency at all, i felt like i had all day to throw even when i was under pressure. Pursuit angles are terrible. Overall feel is sluggish, and this mode pretty much makes the pocket obsolete, i had nearly 100 rushing yards with David Garrard on 3 carries, it gives far too much time to just sit back and dissect a defense. I could see how this might be fine vs CPU, but vs User i hate it. I wont be picking up Madden for any lg play till it's changed back.Comment

From what i saw on OS the main people pushing for this were less skilled people who wanted more time to find running holes . Running was fine in my book , it was easy to gain big yards with good backs and hard with sucky backs/olines . The reason half these fags can't run is because the all try and burst outside after the snap
This is nothing to do with hating change , I tried the mode when I first got it , now I am in an online game v somebody on VSN and I still hate the life out of it . It has just made for a boring game (and there has been 38 first qtr points , so it shouldn't be a boring game)Comment

it's 100x easier on offense from what I see so far
I feel like this move is catered towards people who struggled using their cheap 09 tricks on madden 10 while on offense so they have dumbed it down and made it easier on offense

I had nearly 300 yards rushing in 5min qtrs, slow is defiantly geared towards offense. It makes it WAAAAAAAY too easy to get outside on a toss or sweep, and with how the pursiut changes a RB with 92+ speed will go for a big gain every time. I had no problem running the ball before, avg 70-100 yards with ok RBs and 100+ with Elite RBs which is realistic. Most good RBs avg about 70 yards a game anyway. People are complaining about the run game, on normal its the most realistic its been in a long time.Comment
