The Madden season is still young, while some of our guys will only enjoy playing with their own teams, some like to try new things, so I will be breaking down teams with some of the key stats. Speed, Catching attributes, Running attribute, are you a power run team? A finesse team? Passing? I'll let you know which teams have the best players for the specific scheme you want to run, who knows, maybe it will be helpful and you'll find a new team to roll with!
Team Speed:
Some players prefer their team to have a lot of speed. Speed kills, and these are the breakdowns for teams with players 90+ in the speed rating. These are not all starters, they can be though, it's all on how you want to set up the team.

Run Blocking O-Lines:
Here is for those who love the run. Criteria is as follows: To be accounted the player MUST have 85+ rating in two of these three catagories: Run Block Strength, Run Block Footwork, Impact Blocking. The number next to the team will show the number of players on the offensive line that meet our criteria. Keep in mind, I'm basing it on the OFFENSIVE LINE only, if a team has quality run blockers but a bad running back don't say I sent you in the wrong direction.

As you can tell, some surprise teams have shown up on our list, unfortunately, they don't have great RB's, but would be a good start to a franchise if you plan on running the ball, trade for a RB and get these guys making holes and carrying you to victory.
Pass Blocking O-Lines:
Alright, so you don't have any problems running the ball? But you have no time to pass... Well first off, don't be afraid to hot route a back or tight end to help, It's worth losing one potential target for the play trust me. but if you want to just sling the ball, these offensive lines will give you the best chance. Any player accounted for will have 85+ in two of these three catagories: Impact Blocking, Pass Block Strength and Pass Block Footwork.

Zone Coverage Secondaries:
I see a lot of people running zone, if your somebody who relies more heavily on Zone coverage then this is something that may interest you. My criteria is Zone Coverage ratings 85 or higher. This does not include the LB's, just CB's and S's.

I personally prefer man to man coverage. These are the teams strong in that category. Criteria is A) Having anMan or Press rating 90+, or B) Having both a Man and Press rating of 85+ each.

As you can see they are a lot less elite man to man defensive players in the game. I still encourage using it, because you also have to think some of these guys were solid in both man and press, or strong in one point, not every WR has a 90+ release rating, so in theory you can do a lot of damage with bump and run coverage from a strong press rated team.
Team QB Stability:
In the NFL QB stability is essential. Same in Madden, more towards our franchise guys then our online players, but still important none the less. This is a breakdown with the amount of QB's rated 70 overall or higher on each team. It happens to the best of us, we lost our starter due to injury and have an absolute bum come in, and we are forced to rush the ball or throw interceptions. With the teams that have two or more QB's 70 overall or higher you really can still manage a game nicely while connecting on some throws.

You notice a lot of mediocre teams have more then one, while they don't have an elite QB, you would still have security going into a game knowing that either of your QB's are managable.
