They did say however that if you are having "server down" issues while trying to access your franchise via pc to clear your cache and everything will be fine.

They are looking into why it is happening.

these things are a waste of fucking time because of this.

it's like Ferwerda's twitter. I send him messages politely asking some legitmate questions (as i'm sure many others are) and he answers a bunch of assholes and lulz with Ian about banning them from twitter.

Only thing I think worth mentioning is that they explained that in this year's online franchise they wanted to make sure that they had a solid base working.

There was no free agency ai or contracts because those two things are bigger programmingwise than all of the current online franchise components.

A lot of the questions they answered didn't have anything to do with online franchise.

My question went unanswered which was about player progression and retirement in online franchise

In firefox you go to Tools>Clear Private Data

Then a popup box comes up, uncheck everything but cache unless you want everything cleared.

*I believe* that in IE you go to Tools>Internet Options

From that popup box, click "Delete Files" in the General Tab

just log in and out of easports.com and return to the franchise page. fixes it EVERY time.
