I'm confused.

EA is holding back the PS3 from implementing cross-game chat and voice messaging?
If so, why has the 360 had these features since 2005? What's EA have to do with any of this?

Back on the original Xbox EA and MS had issues as well, EA didn't like that MS controlled the online area, and EA had to go through them for everything online related.

Talk to someone while you two are playing different games.

Rather than jump to conclusions, we decided to contact the two parties involved for comment on the situation. First to respond was Jeff Brown, EA's vice president of corporate communication. "Not no-how, not no-way did that ever happen. This is a total fabrication – total nonsense. We think voice chat is an extremely cool feature and added it to Madden/ PS3." Brown then added, "We support cross-game voice on other systems and would be happy to do that on any console."

Soon after Brown responded to our inquiry, Sony's senior director of corporate communications Patrick Seybold also responded, keeping things short and sweet. "This is rumor and frankly not true. "

I suppose it's up to the reader to determine what they believe, but I'm leaning towards the rumor being utter nonsense. Two responses from EA and Sony both were far from the 'no comments' and 'not responding to rumors and speculation' I've come to expect in situations like these.

Do you really expect them to come out and be like Fuck yea we don't want our games to be the minority of games that can't do this stuff and we gonna shit our pants if they do this type of shit without our permission. Sony denied the PSPgo and the PS3 slim even while everyone knew about it and the shit was leaked

The problem isn't new games. It is their older catalog like Harry Potter games that won't work and it makes their games look inferior to everyone elses cuz they have the most games that don't work. 95% of the PlayStation catalog works. about 70% of the remaining 5% that doesn't work belong to EA. IDK why they care how their old games compare to the newer more badass games regarding this issue. Also Super_Secret does know what he is talking about. He has been leaking crap for almost a year. Got a 100% track record. Don't think he would just fabricate shit now

Deron is like Jason Kidd in my eyes. They are different types of PGs. Deron can basically manhandle CP3 with his power. Also basketball is a team game. Records honestly don't mean a thing.

Take a real look at head to head last season
January 7th:
CP3 26pts, 7ast,1stl
DW 8pts, 8ast, 0stl

February 21st:
CP3 24pts, 7ast, 1stl
DW 20pts, 13ast, 0stl

April 5th:
CP3 19pts, 12ast, 1stl
DW 21pts, 11ast, 3stl

Hornets lost all of these games with CP3 outdoing DW in 1 of them and having pretty even stats in the other 2. That shows that head to head record is not a good stat to pull up to say who is better. Honestly saying one is miles better than the other is stupid. Like I said DW is a good player, but I like CP3's style better.
