I also have a problem with RB at FB, but I mean in the I formation, strong, or weak. I remember seeing Darren Sproles lined up in front of LT and thought that was straight BS. Now, split backs are ok (Pro formation, shotgun etc). I have no problem with that.

shouldn't be banned...i know sometimes guys use RB's and TE's in 5 wide...so madden sees it as 3WR, 1TE, 1RB...but your opponent comes out in 5 wide formation...now you have LB's in trying to cover WR's, depending on how the WR's are lined up.

Yeah that is the default setup when the giants go 5 wide shotgun in this game, IDK why..

I think what he means is say in I formation I use the Dual HB package and have Ronnie Brown at RB and Ricky Williams at FB. I think I used it one time in our game on third and 1 where Ricky Williams was in there as a decoy. I did that fb dive, hb toss. It got gobbled up for negative yards.

i agree here its all or nothing. I say we keep it like it has always been, if its a sub/package allowed by the game there shouldnt be a problem with it.

Im not a big fan of a guy i played who every time he lined up in 3wr he put Calvin Johnson in the slot, but theres nothing cheesy about it. It just kept me on my toes and had to look for CJ on every play. F playing detroit by the way, they have one dominant Johnson , one sucky Johnson there numnbers are 80 and 81. You better damn well know the difference before you go into the game.

If I see Vick or White in...it's more than likely you might see a lil more scrambling and with a lil added pressure, you can force a bad pass because we all know that all back up QB's aren't rated high.

If anything, you should expect it during some point in the game if you are playing a team with a fast back up QB....that's what audibles are for.

I think that's the reason.

In our first game he had nothing but great things to say about how I used Pat White, in fact he told me he felt it gave me a disadvantage because "the better QB isn't on the field". Now in game 2 Pat White doesn't play like shit and he hates it.

The FB thing I rarely ever do. But I'm not going to stop using Pat White. He sees the field maybe a total 4 times a game. its very stoppable.

I'm not really complaining about how you used White.
I just think these things are gonna turn into monsters here.
You rarely, if ever, see a RB lined up in the fullback spot.
I doubt, though it remains to be seen, you will see White in anything but the wildcat.

All I'm asking for is some NFL realism, but again, I wasn't uptight about your play Houtz - and like you said - it's not like White did anything against me all game. If anything, he saved me offensive yards, because you took Pennington off the field.
