Yeah but people weren't participating enough for me to even continue running these so it would have been a waste of money.

thats a good idea, i like to play online tournys with themes, exspecially when moneys involved.

It went smooth for the 1st two, but people decided they'd sign up and not play so i discontinued them

A punt game wold be fun to do. The only thing each team can do is punt and you work for field position to either get a field goal, or a return TD. I had a ton of fun doing this against some buddies a while back and we still do it every now and then.
