NBA LIVE 10 Feedback Thread

I agree, They seem to always bring in the sim guys instead of someone who...well..cheeses. They need to bring in sim players and freestyle players to community events.

The last couple of years we've brought in the NBA LIVE Challenge winners. Can't get more cheese than that guys...

I've been watching Live10 videos on youtube and I have to say that i'm fairly impressed. Looks like they've really improved from last year, but then again there are a fair few things that doesn't seem all that good about the game. For one, the commentary, it seems like it's the same as like live 07. It all sounds the same and thats one thing i dont like about it. Also, the gameplay, don't really know how good it is yet, i guess ill just have to wait until the demo comes out. I wish 2k10 could release some gameplay videos like live has so i can compare the two.

We definitely added some commentary, but I'll let you guys be the judge of that..

Cool you came over here to talk Live with us, the videos I have seen show that the game has really improved, most notably the new player models which I think look VERY good. and I will definitley give the demo a look this year, and decide on whether to buy it. Especially since my boy Dwight is on the cover.

I havent read too many reviews on Live 10, Question, anything added to franchise mode?? Also how are the post moves in Live??? will it just be running around a guy and dunking or are there alot of specific post moves???

We have a number of different post moves. the running around and dunking is gone from NBA LIVE. Our game is a jump shooting game this year.

Does that mean that players who predominantly finish at the rim take jump shots as well? :confused2:

There are a number of players (and teams) who force the issue inside and the game should reflect that. Doesn't mean every play should result in a slam though.

Does LIVE have player tendency ratings?

link? All the videos I have seen on the live 10 website from mike wang and others blogging are saying it comes out on Xbox and PS3 September 10th.

What are some advantages to choosing Live that would convince us to choose it over 2K, which it seems like nearly the entire community has been committed to this entire generation.

You'll see that in LIVE. The word "player tendency" wouldn't be in your vocab for a basketball game if it wasn't for LIVE. We came out with our Dynamic DNA which comes from Synergy Sports Technology. Our player tendencies are ridiculous because of that.

Actually man, take a look at alot of the sim sports communities around you. Alot of people are taking notice of what we're doing, and seem to be liking it....
