Once again, to the best of my knowledge, the guys who design the accessories and player models are separate from the people who design the actual game play. Its just as annoying that you guys have constantly used this as the scapegoat for all of 10's issues.

In the 2nd or 4th, under two minutes, the clock will keep running if you are forced out of bounds because it's considered forward progress.

You have to physically step out of bounds yourself for the clock to stop.
