-Each team is given 100 points to spend throughout the season.
-You may sign whoever you would like with those 100 points.
-To sign a player you must create a thread with that players name as the title.
-Next, initial bidding will begin at whichever price you decide.
-All other teams have 24 hours to outbid and claim that player as their free agent.

-The bidding will not end with any last second bids before the 24 hours is up. If this is to happen due to bad timing there will be a grace period where the free agent will continue to stay on the market while the bidding war continues until a final winner is decided.

-You may not retract any bids
-If two teams tie and bid the same amount the the lower rated team will receive the player.
-You may not have more than 100 points bid at a time.

Is bid withdrawal allowed? That seems like a cheap way to inflate a players value with no real interest in signing someone.
