anyone else plan on picking this up? comes out the 15th. i think the first one is one of the most underrated games this gen. a button masher at heart, but way more intricate then what you would believe it is. was an absolute blast to play co-op. ill be picking it up for ps3 if anyone is looking for some co-op.

I'll probably rent it assuming a few friends do too, the gameplay doesn't seem too great but just the novelty of all the different characters makes it worth it

I'm interested in it but only if I can find the Gold Edition of the original, which I haven't been able to find, cheap anyway. I played through it already but I'd love to won the Gold Ed. with he extra characters.

I definitely agree that it is a very underrated game. My wife and I had a ton of fun playing through it in co-op.

Yes it is a must buy.......you can play for a long time and keep leveling up your characters. too bad you are a PS3 only bitch now............

Are new PS2 games still playable on the PS3 systems? I have a system that is BC but I've never tried new games, just older ones like GOW. If so, I might get this game for PS2, since I don't play co-op online and might just play with the fiancee. Also it seems I would just play it on a limited time and don't want to pay $60 for it on release day ($30 FTW).

edit: Just remembered I have a $30 TRU gc....hmmm...do I use it to get this game free or NBA 2K10 for $30. I might wait to see if 2K10 will have a gc attached to it.
