Im not into soccer at all but i DL this for shits and giggles and its really a good game, i had alot of fun. Shooting is hard as hell i kept kicking it over the goal or hit the cross bar. I had alot of fun just shooting around in the main menu.

Anyone DL that other soccer game demo? Pela 2010 or something like that?

Im loving 10 so far. Its really really fun. It seems that the improvements are on par for what they did with the previous games. Steady improvement = fantastic football game.

Ill be waitin for ya Calgary Baller, Heels, Blaza and others.

Oh, and the free kicks have been redone too. After I was fouled, i saw my player put the ball down to get on with play, and I was just fuckin around to skip the screen and he took the free kick. I loved it!!!!

Fifa 09 was nowhere near sim.

Fifa 10 however feels alot more sim.The graphics look amazing, so smooth, i noticed the 360 movement right away. Its a sick game. Definant buy for me.

Yea, the 360 movement may be the single greatest thing to ever happen to this game. You have no idea how great it feels to actually have the players doing what YOU want them to! That was always my biggest frustrations with FIFA 08 & 09 (although 09 they made a couple more strides, but it was still frustrating). Now it feels great when you know you're the one that set up the play, passed the ball and take control of the guy you passed it to, take the right angle and just unload a shot into the back of the net. Simply beautiful!

Been waiting on this title since I got my PS3. Bring on FIFA! Online play in FIFA is awesome, because even the cheesers can be neutralized.

It's much better than 09. I still like 08 better but that is probably just because I'm used to it. I know quite a few people felt the same way as I did over on the EA forums. 08 just seems less arcade-style, although 10 does alot better job of improving gameplay than 09 did IMO. Alot of cool realistic features in 10 continue to impress me.

I assume once it drops you guys are gonna be playing online(PS3). I'm pretty good at 08, skill level 27 I think. I think I threw my 09 copy off my balcony aha. But I will be getting 09 and playing online so if you guys wanna start a league or something that would be cool.

I take it you mean you're getting 10, lol. Anyways, I'll definitely be looking for some games online for the PS3. Hell, we should get a league going just like you suggested. Would just have to decide on a league to go with.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 has way better lighting and overall graphics, the control system is simpler and me not being into soccer that much, prefers it to Fifa.

Ill be running a league for this. Pretty much Krul you don't need to decide on a league to roll with. What I normally do in other leagues I play after each season is done you switch leagues. etc. so we might start off with premierleague and in season2 do the bundesliga etc.
