If this new city is superb and they finally put more time and detail into the video reel aspect then I'll buy this. If not I'll pass.

I bought Skate. loved it, but couldn't justify buying Skate. 2 because it was much the same. They will need to make big changes to the game each time for me to buy it every year.

I didn't buy 2 either. It definitely is better. The ability to get off the board alone was a big enough improvement for me. I'd like to see a big improvement in flat land and vert skating. A MUCH larger city would be great. San Van was huge. But go even bigger.

And DLC is FTL. I dont want to see 4 DLC packs.

What I'd love to see would be the ability to make your own cinematics within the game by editing together loads of videos of lines you've hit. There are people out there who go through the painstaking process of taking the replays, and uploading them to a PC three videos at a time to put videos together, I tried the process but was so mind-numbingly bored by it that I just gave up producing one altogether. An integrated video editor would be immense. At the very least I would need them to provide more spots to save replays if I am to buy this.

They offered a pretty good editing/replay interface for skate 2 but it was dlc ftl. It should have been free

They got the game around 9pm the day before is was suppose to come out, played it all night skipped school and had it beat around midnight the next night.

I liked the First one, never played the second and I think im going to pick up the 3rd one. Team-up looks like a fun feature.

I thought they usually released them around this time every year or am I wrong? Which means they're taking a few extra months to release Skate 3. Should be great game.

i think Skate 1 was released in around October/November of 2007... Skate 2 came out January of 2009..... May 2010 for skate 3 IIRC..
