I honestly don't think that no matter what EA does, whether they make a duplicate Madden of say 04/05 (the "golden" days) that even then there won't be as much activity anymore. Think it just has something to do with the fact that there's so many other great games out, along with guys around here not feeling Madden as much as they used to, life, work, school, etc. etc.

its sad. ive been trying to play this game to get my moneys worth but no one is on anymore. i actually thought people would play until, at least, Oct-Nov but it is officially dead in here. No matter what forum we are on, its the same story every year. EA NEED TO STEP UP and people are going to have to put a little more effort. I remember in 08 i played more games against the MaddenWars guys than MM. Some might have to find another spot just to get random games in.

Just like Krulmichael said. The golden days are over. It really sad because I used to love those days. Now i'm just waiting for NBA2k10 to come out and I probably only play leagues games. I will love to be in at least 4 leagues so I could still be interest in Madden. But because of yall now i'm starting to lose a little love of madden. Not because of the gameplay. The gameplay is perfect. It the community that make me not wanting to play madden anymore because of bricking around here.


Madden could come out with the best game ever made. People will still not play this game because of life. Good example is Deejay. Deejay probably played 2,000 games in the first two years of madden. The last 5 years he probably played 200 games and the game gotten better. But people get older and have different lives. The only game I played besides madden is nba2k series. That only because u could see stats in the internet. I wish madden could do that. Oh well it life.

Online franchise does this, its pointless for anyone to use league daddy now. Even if you dont want to take advantage of franchise features you can turn off trades and injuries and just play the online franchise like its a play now league and the stats are autokept and available online.

I still want to play a football game but not an EA one. Since they're the only NFL game in town, I'm SOL. Plus there are better games out there that I enjoy alot more so there's no need to waste my time with trash.

It is the best madden ever, they just messed up the speed...

You know what, i really think, its the MM,Vsn and the members that stop playing.. This is just like last year when we was at Rhude site last year... around this time everybody just stop playing and blamed it on the game.. but if u went to the other sites, it was active as ever........it's the same core of players every year..... thats why i kept on playing because the game was fun last year...... Its almost a follow the leader type thing.... I guess its time to start up my east rooms game again, becasuse the tracker means shit now...... Oh well i'll still get my 220 gms in.....
