The only people I would be ok seeing getting this is really rich people, who don't want to spend an hour or two (because they are noobs) trying to hook their system to the net. I saw this a couple of months ago and just laughed to myself, because most of the people just get it because they just don't know better and Best Buy isn't going to tell you any better.

They tried to do the same shit when I bought my TV. I turned to the guy and said, "No...I can hook up cables myself." Then he tried to tell me that that's not all they do. They'll adjust your settings, and they'll tie-wrap the cables so they look all nice. I just shook my head.

My buddy bought a laptop from there and they tacked on an extra 80 dollars because the geek squad "tweaked" his computer for maximum performance.

He bitched about it and told them to just reverse their "tweaks" because he wasn't going to pay for it....they gave him a hard time about it but eventually just took off the 80 dollar charge.

Best Buy as a whole is ftl, I try to avoid buying anything there. (although I did get a great deal on my entertainment center there)
