However, there's an "all-pro" tournament also which has different rules and is catered more towards "sim" ballers.

But you can easily make adjustments. Have you even ever played the game? Slide Protect, Make a RB/TE block, RB and WR Screen passes, Draws, maybe audible to a run if you see it. I'm sure there are a bunch of ways to counter it. Of course I've never played anyone who used it against but i do know for a fact there are adjustments you can make. And also this is run out of a 3-4 you can easily go to 4 or 5 wide receivers and thats another easy adjustment to counter it.

And also there is absolutely no one in the left flats because that person is made to blitz. You can run a simple swing out of the backfield.
