lol, at this being a glitch. Like someone said, this is done in the NFL, Jim Johnson did it very well. You disguise who is blitzing and who isn't, so when the ball is snapped the lineman are confused about who are coming at them and then someone won't get picked up. This play is just effective blitzing, but can be countered in various ways. It's all about coaching and adjusting, if someone is constantly blitzing you from the same side then you start to make adjustments so that way he stops using this effective blitz. Anyone who calls this a glitch should watch an NFL game and watch some exotic blitz schemes, no D coordinator is going to give away who is blitzing or it would get picked up every time.

What would you call it? The AI gets confused as shit. In real life the offensive line would be calling out who's blocking who and shit like this wouldn't happen. It might not be a "glitch" but it's pretty damn close.

So in real life they call out who they are gonna block and if they end up calling out someone who is dropping back into coverage the person who is blitzing isn't blocked. There are 7 men in the box with only 5 blocking. This is as real as it gets. Seriously watch some football.

In Madden you can confuse the AI, just like you confuse Offensive lineman in real life. Which is sim.

See look at around 3:00. The Steelers are in a 3-4 and Both OLB's Woodley and Harrison look like they're going to blitz. Then at the last second Woodley backs off, Farrior blitzes and all of a sudden the Bears offensive line is confused.
