If you're referring to the hangar this is due to the natural light that is coming into that gym. All the arenas have different lighting so that's why it seems like in some places players are either too dark or too light. It's to reflect the type of lighting that each place has in the game.

So for anyone thinking that LeBron James is albino looking in the game, that's just the hangar. He's fine everywhere else as are the other players.
