How come the other Team never gets a penalty?

I've played 5 or 6 games so far, and my opponent only has 1 penalty (a 2 mins slashing minor). Is there a slider I should raise?

Last night I was cursing the CPU opponent took too many penalties (8 minors, 2 double minors) lol

There are penalty sliders for both your opponent and your CPU teammates.

there actually is a slider u can raise, its somewhere in there. i havent really thought it to be necessary. generally in this game the amount of penalties you have are related to the other teams puck possession. if you think about it, if they have the fuck for 50 mins of the game, odds are they wont take as many penalties because they arent trying to get the puck from you as often.
