there is a slider for cpu defensive help strength. turn it down. I was having the same problem, the CPU overcompensating too much. turned it down, now the AI doesn't do it anymore and sticks to their man like I want them to.

it's easy to complain about something and say a game is fucked up if you're not aware of a setting that corrects it.

You can't use sliders online.....

I know to use sliders, but I find it fucked up they still haven't addressed it after last year. And 2K made post defense retarded again, so I would say the onus is on them.

I agree with post defense If you try to reach at all, the offensive cpu player does a spin move and egts by you for the easy dunk.

My guess is this is one of the limitations of the 2k engine and why Mike Wang moved over to EA.

Interior D is tough on Live 10.

If you have cpu tendency to attempt close shots and/or lead passes at the default setting, the CPU will take very few mid range shots. lol.

and yes like ATB, lock on D was nice. Not really feeling (or understanding) intense D.

I can't get into Live. I played it a bit the other day, definitely not for me.

plus all the leagues are on 2K...the great ones...does Live have online leagues? not really sure.

The sliders I'm using have lock on D boosted for both user and CPU. A little bit more for user. This helps prevent CPU from just driving right by you.

I thank god that I have 14 players around the way that play with no rules. Playing with rules are the dumbest thing ever to me in a video game. I do play with rules in VSN. But never like it thou. To be the best you have to stop someone best. Playing with restrictions is just dumb to me.
