Road Rash Next Gen (Not Real Game)

I was looking on Joystiq earlier today and came across this. For most of us older gamers on here we'll remember this game but if you guys don't know what it is I'll run it down for you:

You ride a motorcycle and beat the shit out of other cyclists.

Its pretty much a race to the finish with boosts when you beat the shit out of someone.

They were on the Genesis and the SNES btw

I really wish this game would happen but it looks like this is the only taste we'll ever get.

For the record I would've crashed 79 times in that video. That guy did some crazy shit.

I also loved Road Rash. I had all three of the Genesis games. I've seen rumors that EA was bringing it back.

Maaaan. Got my hopes up for a second thinking this was real until I read the rest of the title. Road Rash 64 brings back so many damn memories, that game was a fucking blast especially with a bunch of buddies. Hell, this summer my boy came down to visit for a month and we played the shit out of that game still. Really need to make a next gen one already.
