16 man tourny- 4 divisions, play division people 2 times, everyone else once, then moves on to next round and so on.

8 man tourny-everyone plays each other 2 times or once.
play anyone anytime just until you fulfil games. then wait and move on.
if you cant game in ill see who made best effort to schedule. you guys keep each other in check since ill just trusts who ever said they made best effort
winner gets sig and top two get small prize.
