Throw either Semtex grenades on them or shoot'em with a grenade launcher/rocket launcher.

It's the grenade launcher attachment you get as your first gun add-on.

Aside from the constant threat of getting dinged by a Patriot Missile, Harrier, Bomber, Hind, etc... not to mention the boxes of bullets aimed at you...

If you can make it up there without dying and you have the perks to stay off radar AND you happen to be a good shot... well, you might just have a grand ol' time.
