Also, I'm not sure if it's been posted or not. There is a spot for sniping on Quarry that I didn't find till my last game. That center building, the red one with the large ladder that leads to two openings on either side. You can stand on those rails and look out the windows, that run down either side of the "barn".
Careful though, any movement forward and you will fall. It gives you sight access to both sides of the map by shooting through the windows. I just went on a 13 kill streak doing that. The other team didn't know where the hell I was shooting from.
I knew about it, but be careful because a lot of others know about it too. I got sniped from across the map by someone. I thought I was the only one that knew at the time It is a good spot though with a great view.

Try going outside for a while. Like houtz said I can't believe some of you aren't burnt out either.

Any tips for improving one's game?
Going along with what others posted, I like to get in a habit of sticking to one area on a map, and just rotating around all possible access points someone could get to me at in whatever area I am in. I like to go back and forth unless I know exactly where people are.
Also, I don't know your setup, but if you have surround/headphones going pay attention to those footsteps...you can hear mfers running around easily and if you don't see one of your local teammates running on the radar, thats a good sign someone on the other team is running around you.
one thing i do on Favera? (sp), usually if we start out all the way by the cars, i stay on the left side, check the alley like ways for people, make the turn at the other end, go into the building, check both ways, especially the one with the open areas, go through there, and go down below, look around, go up the stairs to the barber shop, look through the windows, go down the stairs, go out towards the docks area, go through the construction building, check your corners, go out and make your way back to the start.
after that, i usually stay near the buildings closer to that start point, thats where some good windows are, and that one that connects to a roof
