Apparently this has been a problem for sometime. And searching the 2k boards I found that someone discovered this a while back. I'm surprised no one else brought it up. Here's the problem.
When you complete a development drill your player's ratings go up. However, over time they drop dramatically. Some people reported ratings dropping as many as 20 points. When I checked Danny Green his were not that steep but they had dropped in the areas that passed.
So Tross was discussing in LC's chise about this and offered a quick fix. Should you pass the drill keep an eye on the players ratings. If he does drop, it might not be right away. However, if he does go to the Roster's settings under the General Manager and you can manually edit ratings.
Find the ratings that should have been passed and bump them back up. I'll keep an eye on Danny and see if it's a progressive drop or if editing him once would fix the issue. It's a quick fix until 2k releases a patch.
