Intentional foul glitch

When I Intentional foul the ref doesn't call a foul.
I made sure that Intentional foul was on, so it looks like this glitch is back. I've been looking around the 2k boards and have not seen anybody talking about this glitch. Anyone else experiencing this?

Someone else posted this. It's been in the game for the past 3+ years pre-patch. I'm sure it will be fixed after the first patch. Never ran into the problem myself.

yeh it happens to me, annoying glitch, especially when the game is close. Ive messed around with all the settings aswell but nothing makes it work

Did you play blacktop/street games?

If you do that, the game turns fouls to 0 or something. I think you have to delete your settings file to fix it.
