^Yo, I heard that using a FAT32 formatted drive is the same as a MAX Drive, so that's what I'm gonna try, because I don't currently own a MAX Drive. If that doesn't work, i guess I'll have to find some way to acquire one.
Anybody got any '07 Sliders? (PS2)

Get a flash drive (and plug it in to your PC),
go to "Start-Up",
click on "Computer",
right-click on "[name of flashdrive]",
select "Format"
You should be given the option of formatting it in "FAT", "NTFS", "FAT32", and "exFAT".
I don't know what the fuck they stand for, but FAT32 is how Max Drives are formatted... Unfortunately, I don't have a disc, so I have a max drive with NCAA/Madden 07 rosters, with no way - as of yet - to get them on my PS2 memory cards...Comment

Another recruiting limit I used when I did my Navy Dynasty each year was to use the actual height and weight requirements that the Naval Academy enforces. That and, since 07 still used letter grades for Awareness, I considered that to be the GPA and players must have at least a B+ GPA and, after scouting, they must have good character. It makes recruiting very interesting...
