12 minutes gets the best results in my opinion.

I usually play 11 minute quarters but I use adjusted sliders. You will score way too many points on 11 or 12 minutes without adjusting sliders.

I play on 9 minute quarters and get pretty realistic stats. Although I do play a fast paced game.
