I got $700 for my b-day and I'm looking to buy some games for the PS3. Any suggestions? Here's what I'm thinking:

NBA 2K10- $75
Madden 10- $75

I want some games with replay value, not games that are just rentable like inFamous or Batman Arkham Asylum.

The games I have are:

COD MW 2
Uncharted 2
MLB 09 The Show
Uncharted 1

You could honestly say that anysingle player-only game is just rentable. But the two games you mentioned have very lengthy campaigns and are well worth purchases IMO. Along with R&C and a few others.
