I highly doubt there will be a way to unban your console, but I think that if 600,000 - 1,000,000 consoles are being banned then now is the time more than ever that a bunch of hackers will get together and find a way.

Nobody really knows. If his box was flagged then it will be banned. As of right now there isn't really a way to tell.

It's hilarious how about two weeks ago, everyone was talking about how untouchable they were, and that people who got banned were because they were stupid and didn't do shit correctly.
