is this to compete or just get people together to play as a group?

i will play with you guys but i am not interested in competing. My clan, that isnt really a clan its just a group of guys who play together now without competing....we play every night and usually have 1 group running hardcore and another group running ground war. I like HC but i wont leave friends out of the party, so i always end up switching my room over to ground war.
