New ratings that should be added to Madden 11.

i think they should make the slew of ratings they've already added actually mean something before they add on more.

Lol. Ok. So rating like trucking and strength don't mean anything? What about Catch in traffic? You must be one of those people that scramble with a fast QB all day.

i think you can "contain" speed with decent defensive playcalling. But just like in the NFL you can't contain it for very long.

          Actually he isn't.

There was youtube videos created to show 350LB Safetys busting up plays in the backfield with terrible ratings across the board.

          Look em up.

Speed is easily the most important attribute in this game, always has been this way.

Here's how you fix kicking ratings.

for example. without wind, 99 PWR and a 100% kick should not ALWAYS EQUAL X yards (i think it's like 65?)

That exact kick should be 60-65 yards, randomly calculated on the spot.

Every kick should be like this. Kickers can swing with full power all they want, but if they don't make the perfect contact with the ball, they won't get the maximum distance.

            Or

They need to re-design the kicking interface to make it more complex and challenging.

Those really dont mean anything. A corner can Pancake Leonard Davis (6'8 300+). Due to injuries and lack of depth at one point i had to use Alan Ball as my center, hes a corner, 6'0 195 lbs and i couldnt tell the difference between him and multiple time Pro Bowler Andre Gurode.

And ive trucked with Nick Folk on a fumble return. They dont mean anything.

Yup there's videos of that too.

Guys subbing in kickers on the o-line and they dominate any defenders that line up against them.

But according to Ian all forum posters are a bunch of rude assholes so our argument is invalid.
