        Exactly. That is why I don't see how this works unless the sub. fee is ridiculously cheap or they have some sort of monumental perk.

            i enjoy free, they would really have to blow me away with features for me to EVER pay to play a game online.

            Ive been playing for free on sony consoles online since 03 or 04 i dont see that changing for me anytime soon.

                Agreed.

                The funny thing is that the latest rumors are that MS is feeling the heat from Sony as far as online features are concerned and that they are looking at ways to defend charging for Live. Features such as Live Rewards are one.

                    Paying a fee for XBL never bothered me because it was something that was actually useful, and 99% of the time, worked as it should. It was paying for the console itself that I regretted.

                    I haven't missed having to pay for a subscription service but that doesn't mean I'm against it. XBL was great, the Xbox wasn't. If this means more features and better service, for me...bring it on.
