The weird thing is that under the product description it says it's available for free shipping. Dumb.

How's that? They will only let you exchange it for the same game dude.

I ordered Boom Blox and Rabbids TV Party (Wii) and Juarez and Riddick (360) for my self and RE5 and Riddick (PS3) for xmas gifts for tow of my buddies.

Nope, if you purchase their warranty you don't have to exchange it for the same game. You can exchange it for a different game and pay the difference is there is one. My friend who I know in real life(Darnebes on the forums) has done it TONS OF TIMES!

He did:
Batman for NFS
NFS Shift for NBA
NBA for AC II
AC II for CoD MW2

He's done it with no questions asked and he just had to pay/re-new his warranty for $5 or whatever it comes out to be.

Their warranty program is awesome!

$40 for that game is a steal. The first game didn't drop in price forever so I would definitely pick this up if you've been holding out for a price drop. I can't see it any cheaper than that for quite some time.
