Read the patch notes. They decreased the file size so it doesn't take that long anymore. Sounds like senseless bitching to me anyway. The reason the file size was so big everytime a new patch came out is because it was like downloading a new game. There were more than just gameplay tweaks as there were graphics updates and what not.

Been in the beta for about 3 weeks now and the game is pretty cool. I'll probably end up buying it. It does take some time getting used to though and sometimes you'll respawn and get killed like 2 seconds after just cause there's so many damn people.

wow that BETA was horrible....felt laggy. Bland graphics. No one working as a team. Felt like i wasnt playing in a 250 person game. I played objective so maybe that's a reason?
