does last fm really charge you $3 a month to use it? if so then this last update is officially the most retarded, worthless, idiotic update ever in the history of updates.

lets review. MS added facebook and twitter. And lets face it, if you use either of these then you are most likely in therapy or a homo.

then we have the wonderful addition of ZUNE....yay....so what does this do? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! its a new name for 360 pay per view service. Oh but wait, they added party chat to the movies or shows you watch.....I guess the phone isnt enough to tell MS that people dont want to chat while watching TV or movies.

my last hope came from last fm. A site i never use because if i am forced to listen to the radio then its a site like slacker or a bullet to my head....i despise the radio but i figured last fm is just like slacker so why not give it a shot.

I login to my account here while at work and see this reminder that my free trial ends when i reach 30 songs and it will cost me $3 a month to coninue.

Why the fuck would anyone pay to use a site like this? there are so many other free sites that offer the same exact thing. This update is now totally worthless :yell::yell::yell::yell::yell:

Personally I think the whole update is garbage. If you could actually use Facebook, Twitter or LastFM in the background while doing other shit, LIKER PLAYING FUCKING GAMES, it would make sense. But with them all being separate applications it's useless.

Last.fm is free. Premium is a pay service to remove ads and some other crap, but the service itself can be used just fine for free.

Last.FM is free for people in Germany, UK and the USA.

You have your account set to some other country or something.

I know I can't get it in Canada without paying.

Also the reason why they couldn't put those programs in the background is due to limited resources while in game. For the most part in tests it worked but in some games especially last.fm it would mess up the game or cause slow downs.

Its all based off your internet provider for the xbox. Last.fm itself on the computer is based off what you tell it. I bet the default is blank when you register.

i dont see any option to change my country. But the site is blocked so i am using a Indonesian proxy and it may be detecting that

I like last.fm...and yeah its free. I put in on my surround sound and make dinner and shit.....very cool. Plus it only plays songs i like.

yeah facebook and twitter on the box it pretty useless but i bet you the kiddies use it.
