ps3 controllers + 360 analog sticks(concave, not convex.) + 360 triggers = win.
For PS3 players that prefer the 360 controller...

360 analog sticks are sooooo much better because they are stiffer. The only thing better about the ps3 controller is the d-pad.
My kids like the ps3 controller because its smaller but i have large hands, that shit just isnt comfortable especially since the L-stick is at the bottom of the controller.Last edited by Virix; 12-07-2009, 11:29 AM.Comment

"the controller has a constant lag that makes your screen all fuzzy and jumpy. the controller is oddly shaped and uncomfortable nothing like an xbox controller. the joysticks are cheap and hard to push. the buttons are really cheap the triggers are oddly shaped and not sensitive enough. the rapid fire is choppy and not worth it."sigpicComment

You're one of those guys who never got a 360, so you don't realize how nice the controller is.
When I use the ps3 controller, I feel like I'm using an undersized piece of cheap plastic. Only thing I prefer about the ps3 controller is the analog control.
The 360 controller is outstanding. Right size, right feel, right weight.
Of course this is all subjective, but I'd love a 360-style controller for my ps3.
My only thing about this controller is that your are still hamstringed by the individual games. For instance, playing AC2 on the PS3 I would prefer to use the right trigger to run, like on the 360 version, but you can't. They force you to use R1, which makes sense for shooter but not AC.
This just brings me to another point that there is zero reason in this day and age why all games need fully customizable controls.Comment
