Help me to pick a game.

Madden 08 (PS2)
Madden 10 (360)

Here's the thing, I just want to play franchise. I played Madden 10 and didn't think much of the game play, however if its franchise mode is much better I could live with it. Essentially I have two questions. Was Madden 08 better or worse than Madden 07 in regards to game play and franchise mode? Is franchise mode substantially better in Madden 10?

07 on ps2 was the last real chise mode.

What do you mean by real? I'm not looking for the whole team relocation, build your stadium stuff. The key for me is a good draft, good FA, good player progression (haha yeah right)

07 on ps2 had the real deal chise mode. draft was ok but player progression was spot on and it had actual player contracts and if you pissed a guy off during FA he wouldnt sign with your team. 07 also had moral reports in your email, kick ass traing camp drills and the cpu would trade 1st and 2nd round draft picks between themselves duirng the draft.

I'd say 07. You may need NCAA 07 to go along with it.

also 07 had a progression that was done on week 5, 7 and 11 during the regular season i think.
