Yeah Spec Ops looks nice. I liked the True Crime series before so I'll definitely give this one a look this go around.

what was your guys fav world premiere? I thought the True Crimes and Spec Ops: The Line looked sweet. Batman AA hopefully doesnt get rushed cause it taking place in Gotham could be far more epic then AA. The Split Second and new Prince of Persia were ehh. Medal of Honor trailer looked nice and I wonder if its good enough to beat out Treyarchs attempt at there COD game since they come out around the same time.

definitely the new batman and crackdown. crackdown + zombies + 4 player co-op = win

I just finished watching this so here are my thoughts...

Wow... straight up robbery at it's finest.

I honestly think it could've went either way. Hamil did an amazing job but if you played Brutal Legend you would know that Black was fucking hilarious. He obviously put a great deal of effort into the dialogue and didn't just mail it in spend a few hours doing some voice work like most thought he would do.

I would've been fine wither way.

UC2 may very well win this award....but imo a 10 hr SP mode with an average MP mode isnt worthy of GOTY when its up against a game with a 7 hr SP mode and a MP mode that not only has 8 million users worldwide, but also boasts a hefty coop mode.

i have 100 hrs into MW2....if i had even played UC2 it would have got one play thru and thats it. Not to say that the 1 play thru wouldnt have been epic. It got near perfect scores so it might just win and probably will

Hilarious that you have such an opinion when you haven't even played it. Having an opinion is fine but STFU about MW2 being better when you haven't even played Uncharted.

I'm not sure where you get your info from either because Uncharted is more like a 20 hour game and MW2 is 6 hours tops. And that's someone like me that searched for all the intel items. Most of the people I know finished it in 4 hours.

Uncharted's MP is nowhere near as heft as MW2 but it is still very good, and I, like Crimson, prefer it.

I also love how you point out MW2's co-op mode. You might want to know that Uncharted also has a co-op mode with tons of varitions.

I was thinking the same thing. I knew there was no way it would win with the way Steven A was going off. That would've been awkward as shit.

I think I was most impressed with Spec Ops. That game looks fucking sick! It looks like EA is finally getting its head out of its ass with the MoH series because that looked pretty damn good too.

I've always had my eye on Split Second and that ad looked awesome.

PoP and Batman didn't show me much because it was all CG shit.

Assassins Creed over Batman: AA for best Action/Adventure is robbery.

Again, it could've went either way. I just finished AC2 last night and it was great.

There were actually a lot of categories were I felt that most if not all of the nominess could've won.


As for Halo Reach, I was pretty disappointed. I love Halo but it looks like same ol', same ol'. All of the runors were that Reach was going to be totally different. Apparently not. That graphics engine is tired. It also looked like they took a page out of MW2's book with the skull helmet image.
