Answer me this:

So he was turning his life around. What then happens when he reaches his girlfriend in the car? After banging on her back window and breaking it do they get into a lengthy, pro/con discussion about where their relationship is going?

Clearly he wasn't turning his life around, if he was jumping into moving pickup trucks and banging on the windows after an argument with his girlfriend. That's not exactly my idea of becoming a better person.

Death is a sad thing, and assuming that he would just get arrested again is plain stupidity.

I am not assuming anything, he was banging in the back of the window of the truck. He wasn't just trying to say "Hi".

The 911 call is all I needed to hear.

Tell me if his girlfriend shows up at the funeral.

His death does not absolve him of anything...What if the woman driving the pick-up ended smashing into an innocent family? He is responsible for his action dead or alive.
