So I gotta pay $15 to use the $30+ (roughly $32 in change) on the "Power-Up Rewards" card because of a renewal fee.

Depends on if who you have to play with you online.

I know Twigg has a copy of Borderlands but I dunno about the DLC that comes with it.

2 other people should have it too but their SNs are foggy to me and their systems are also.

I used to have it on PS3 before I bought the PC version with the first three pieces of DLC on Steam for some absurdly cheap price. I'm thinking about picking up the PS3 version again though to mop up on the remaining trophies.
