I haven't played I Am Alive basically because it sounds like it has a lot of cool ideas but does none of them well. I hate getting my hopes up and being super disappointed about games.

I listened to the Giant Bombcast this week to and from work, and they actually have me pretty excited to play Hitman: Blood Money. Anyone here have any real person opinions about it? (Giant Bomb's video game opinions and mine tend to differ often, where as there are quite a few people here that I trust/like the same stuff).

As for Blood Money, it was ok. I remember habving fun with it considering it was an early gen game. But the difficulty was pretty annoying. Of course with every Hitman game, it was just trial and error until you figured out a solid way to get into an area or take out a target. And sometimes that took many, many times.

Thanks for the impressions on Blood Money. And I just meant I thought you would hate it because I feel like I remembered you hating Flower. And while Journey certainly had some more "gameish" style elements to it than Flower, it still felt kind of like a distraction than a real game (at times -- I liked it, but didn't love it).

Nope. Quite the opposite. I love Flower. I use to argue about how much more innovative and fresh the PSN games were compared to XBLA games a few years back. That has balanced out a lot more though in recent years. I wasn't the biggest fan of Flow though. I thought that "game" was pretty boring. Patching in trophies did make it a bit better though. ;)

Back to Blood Money, I'm sure you can find it for crazy cheap. It would definitely be worth $15 or less.
