I'm still pissed about how much they cut/skipped because of time for DA2.
I think there was 5-6 dungeons and that was it.
Aside from opened-up areas that were locked in some cases depending on what area you were in, the shit had the same textures and the same map orientation most of the time.
If you wanted something new, you had to fork over for DLC that wasn't that great either.

Big Publishers Accused of Trying to Manipulate Kickstarter Fever
The last twelve months have seen an outbreak of Kickstarter fever. Old devs, new devs, indie devs, everyone with an idea and some concept art has been scrambling to the service in an attempt to get their dream game made.
Part of the appeal for both backers and developers is that, in theory, it removes the need for publishers, and all the focus-testing and creative meddling that often goes along with them.
So this statement, from Obsidian's Feargus Urquhart, is more than a little concerning. Writing on the Project Eternity Kickstarter page, he says:
Sadly, he does not name names. Nor does he give enough information to deduce just who it might have been. If you just assume it's all the big publishers, then, you'll be at least partially right!We were actually contacted by some publishers over the last few months that wanted to use us to do a Kickstarter. I said to them 'So, you want us to do a Kickstarter for, using our name, we then get the Kickstarter money to make the game, you then publish the game, but we then don't get to keep the brand we make and we only get a portion of the profits.'
They said, 'Yes'

Don't forget their work on The Old Republic. They've just transitioned everyone onto new servers, are about ready to have a massive Free-To-Play release and working on some other content as well.
It's a studio that EA has probably hired more people for, or transitioned them to Bioware. But yeah, they're doing quite a bit, but I just hope they aren't sacrificing quality for quantity, that is my only worry.Comment

im sure it can. my laptop fully exceeded the system requirements for it and my laptop isnt a powerhouse when it comes to running games.

So I got some coupons in the mail from BB Gamer's Club Unlocked. Two of them were buy 2, get 1 free (one for new games and one for used). I'm sure I'll have to stop by there in the next day or so and blow some money and use one of them.Comment
